The 10-round heavyweight main event will feature hard-hitting Olympian Samuel Peter (18-0, 17 KO's) vs. Charles Shufford (20-5, 9 KO's), a crafty veteran. Also featured on the card is Ray Austin, a top ten-ranked heavyweight from Cleveland vs. Gilbert Martinez of Mexico. As with the first J.A.B. match on April 15 in New York City, the event is being put together by Cedric Kushner Promotions.
