  1. To ensure fair and corruption free matches;
  2. To protect the rights of boxers and ensure full disclosure of finances under the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act;
  3. To ensure the highest possible safety standards at all matches;
  4. To create health and pension benefit plans for boxers;
  5. To create a minimum salary scale;
  6. To ensure fair distribution of fight proceeds between boxers and promoters; and
  7. To assist boxers in their transition from boxing to other jobs upon retirement.
